The most memorable way I ever learned that my poem had been published and wasn’t languishing in a file was during a music festival. My husband and I were lounging on the ground, waiting for another concert to begin. I opened the magazine we’d gotten on our entrance to the festival and paged through it. And there it was, my poem I’d submitted to Cornerstone Magazine which they’d accepted two years later. Here it is:
